COVID-19 delivery update
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are limiting our delivery service to the UK only, which includes Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight. Unfortunately we are not currently delivering to The Channel Islands.
Delivery times will be a little longer than usual, and we have suspended our next-day delivery service for the time being.
Delivery is £4.95 and takes 3-5 working days.
Due to Covid-19 express delivery is not currently available.
Your delivery will be fully tracked and will need a signature on arrival. We use UPS as our chosen carrier. They will email you with full tracking details for your parcel.
Placing you order
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received it. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received the order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or the item does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We will always aim to let you know that we are unable to proceed with your order within 24 hours of it being placed.
Once your order has been checked and accepted, we will send you a further email letting you know that your item is ready for dispatch.
