We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item for a refund you have 14 days from the day that you received the order in which to do so.
Returns via Collect +
Visit our returns page to book your return at www.mimosashoes.co.uk/a/returns.
You will receive a returns label by email which you will need to print out and attach to your returns parcel.
Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging.
Take your parcel to one of the many Collect + shops. You can find your nearest shop here.
Conditions of returns
All items are carefully checked before they are sent out, and in order to qualify for a refund all items need to be returned to us unworn and in their original condition.
Please ensure that shoes are tried on in a carpeted area. We regret that will not be able to refund on shoes that have clearly been worn on a hard surface and the soles are marked, that show other obvious signs of wear or that have missing boxes.
Returning your item using another postal service
If you are unable to use our free returns service via Collect + you may return your items in the condition described above to the following address:

We highly recommend that a traceable delivery service is used. Items sent using a carrier other than our own free returns service are sent at your own risk. This returns method will be at your own cost.
Return of online orders to our Petersfield store
Online purchases can also be returned free of charge within 14 days to our store in Petersfield. Refunds will not be processed in the store, but will be processed in the same way as all online returns (see below).
Once we have received and checked returned items we will process your refund as quickly as possible. We will aim to make a refund to the original method of payment within 7 working days. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your account.
If you wish to exchange an item please return it as described above and place a new order for the item you would like. This will ensure your item is reserved quickly for you.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
You have 14 working days from when you receive your parcel to return your items back to us, using the methods above. If the goods are returned outside of this time frame then they will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Returns of purchases made in our store
Items brought in our Petersfield store can be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase for an exchange (for items of the same or higher value and on payment of the balance) or for a store credit only.
